I'm Andrea T. Fowler. An entrepreneur who brings her crazy ideas to life then creates businesses with them. This blog have been my brainchild and business Instagram feed of @newaverealty for years. I moved to the 380 Corridor in the Fall of 2017. It was a place I desired to live due to the affordability of the homes and its future growth. Oh by the way, I sell houses. Am I here to sell you a home? Not necessarily. I am here to show why you should make the 380 Corridor (Prosper, Aubrey, Celina, North Frisco, McKinney, Princeton, Cross Roads, Pilot Point, Little Elm, Oak Point, and Denton) home.
From there, I took it upon myself to venture out to places to enjoy my new home and area. I have found great places I to hang out at and most require food or good companionship.
